Application
Great for Meat Rooms, Kitchen Areas, Institutions, Industrial Areas, Restaurants, Recreational, and General Cleaning.
Thoroughly wets into and emulsifies oily films, grease, heavy soil and soap scum from any hard washable surface. Removes protein soils from meat and poultry processing equipment, work areas, tables, walls and floor surfaces. Easily attacks grease, fatty residue, marrow and blood.
Tackles the tougher jobs such as exhaust hoods, greasy utensils, stoves, floors, counters, table tops and grills. Cuts through old soil and grease. Excellent for removing body oils, soap scums and buildups on shower tiles, in locker rooms, restrooms, wash bowls, tubs, etc.
Recommendations
Designed for use with foaming generators, low or high pressure equipment steam cleaners, simple pump sprayers, soak tanks or manual brush methods.
General Cleaning: Dilute 6-8 oz/gal. of water. For light duty, as little as 1.5 oz/gal. of water. For difficult jobs as heavy as 12 oz/gal. of water. Apply to surface with mop, brush or sponge. Use rubber gloves.
For heavier deposits let soak for 5 minutes ( do not allow to dry while soaking). Pick up with mop, cloth or wet dry vac, rinse well with clear hot water.
Foaming Application: Where adequate floor drains are available apply as is to hard surfaces and areas being cleaned. Let foam for 5 minutes. Rinse clean with hot water spray.
Other Applications: For tools, machine parts, equipment soaking, etc. Usually 6-8 oz/gallon warm water. Wear rubber gloves. Clean with brush, cloth or sponge. Rinse and let dry.
